WE ARE FULL FOR SALE ENTRIES FOR THIS YEAR'S SHOW!

Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show™ is a non-juried show.  We are always pleased to show new quilts and we welcome your entries.  We are able to display close to 1,300 quilts in our show each year.  Entries close June 1 or once we have reached our limit.  We do accept quilts for sale, although we limit sale entries to about a third of total entries to provide plenty of space in the show for those treasures that you'd never want to part with.  To accommodate everyone who would like to sell quilts, we allow sale entries of only five quilts per person.  We have filled our limit of sale entries as early as mid-March in some years.  Our entry brochure contains complete information about entering quilts, this year's contests, volunteer opportunities and instructions for requesting entry forms.  The brochure is available as a .PDF file in early January of each year.  To receive an email notification send your mailing address to ann@SistersOutdoorQuiltShow.org. The 2010 Quilt Entry Flier is available to download here!  It will be included as an insert to the Stitchin’ Post’s Quilters Affair flier which will mail at the end of December.  If you are not on their mailing list and cannot download the file, please send your mailing address to Ann@SistersOutdoorQuiltShow.org and we’ll mail it to you in January.

Instructions for submitting your sale quilt photos for our website

If you would like your “for sale” quilts to be previewed on our website, please follow these instructions for submitting photos to us.  We are ONLY accepting digital images, emailed to us, of quilts that are entered For Sale.  Please do not send us printed photos or CD’s. 

Note:  these quilts will be displayed for preview only – not presale.  Photos will be posted on the website after June 1st and will come off the website shortly after Quilt Show.  Submitting your photo to us grants us permission to post it on our website.

  1. Email photos (or questions) to: Clyde@SistersOutdoorQuiltShow.org
  2. Subject Line: Photo for Website
  3. Attachment:  Photo in .jpg format with a minimum width of 250 pixels.

Please, no images larger than 3 MB.

  1. Name your .jpg image files exactly as follows - THIS IS IMPORTANT!  Use this format to name your files:

QS_2010_QuiltID#        Example:  QS_2010_8813

The Quilt ID# for each quilt will be provided on the enclosed confirmation card. Confirmations for sale entries will be processed and mailed by May 1.

  1. Body of email:  Name of exhibitor and, for each photo attached, the name of quilt and Quilt ID#.  This should match the information on your confirmation card.

Quilt Delivery & Pick-up Information

Quilts should be shipped or delivered to arrive between June 25th and July 3rd 2009. We cannot guarantee that quilts delivered after July 3rd will be hung in the show.

Quilt Drop Off
Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show Office between June 26th & July 3rd, 2010.  Office hours are 10 am to 4 pm every day (including July 4th).  Show Office address:

Quilt Pick Up
Quilts can be picked up beginning Sunday, July 11th through Wednesday, July 14th, 2009.  There will be no quilt pick up on Saturday after the show.  We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping of $12.50 per quilt.

Return Shipping of Quilts
Quilts with pre-paid return shipping will be sent UPS Monday, July 12 - Wednesday, July 14.  If you pre-paid for return shipping for a quilt that is sold, we will refund your shipping when we send your payment for the quilt.
