Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show™ is a non-juried show.  We are always pleased to show new quilts and we welcome your entries.  We are able to display up to 1,400 quilts in our show each year.  Entries close June 1 or once we have reached our limit.  We do accept quilts for sale, although we limit sale entries to about a third of total entries to provide plenty of space in the show for those treasures that you'd never want to part with.  We have filled our limit of sale entries as early as mid-March in some years.  The Entry Information contains complete instructions for entering quilts.   If you cannot view or download a .pdf file, please send your mailing address to Ann@soqs.org or call 541-549-0989.

We still have the good old-fashioned paper forms available.  See Page 3 in the link above for instructions to request paper registration forms.  Those will mail beginning February 1.

Paying Registration, Shipping & Insurance Fees

You can pay your fees with Paypal (you do not have to have a Paypal account) or mail a check payable to “SOQS” and mail to 220 S. Ash St. #4, Sisters, OR  97759.  Click here to use Paypal to pay your registration fees.  Fees are as follows:

Quilt Delivery & Pick-up Information for 2012

Quilts should be shipped or delivered to arrive between June 29 and July 7, 2012. We cannot guarantee that quilts delivered after July 7th will be hung in the show.

Quilt Drop Off
Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show Office between June 29th & July 7th, 2012.  Office hours are 10 am to 4 pm every day (including July 4th). 

Quilt Show Office location will be announced after June 1, 2012

Quilt Pick Up
Quilts can be picked up beginning Sunday, July 15th through Wednesday, July 18th, 2012.  There is no quilt pick up on Saturday after the show.    Sunday hours are 7:30 am to 2:00 pm; Monday - Wednesday, 10 am to 4 pm.   We will happily return ship your
quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping of $13.00 per quilt.

Return Shipping of Quilts
Quilts with pre-paid return shipping will be sent via UPS starting Monday following the show.  All quilts are shipped by Wednesday.  If you pre-paid for return shipping for a quilt that is sold, we will refund your shipping when we send your payment for the quilt.
